As Copeland House is
situated in the Upper part of Tobermory the location is very quiet and
peaceful. It also affords the house fantastic panoramic views of the Sound
of Mull, Calve Island and Tobermory Bay. Being a small establishment the
number of guests are restricted so it keeps it friendly and informal
ensuring a relaxing visit. Private Parking – we have our own private parking with plenty space for everyone to come and go. The Garden – At the front of the house we have a garden with space to sit and relax. Our bird table has plenty visitors of it’s own who lay on entertainment for anyone willing to sit quietly. Accommodation All the accommodation
for our guests is upstairs and we live down below. Room
1 - offers very spacious accommodation with a large ensuite
shower room. It has one double and one single bed in it, so can be used as
a double or a twin room as preferred.
There is a television and welcome tray with homemade shortbread.
Room
2 - is a spacious twin
bedded room with a good sized ensuite shower room which has a, newly
fitted, double shower unit. There is a television and welcome tray with
homemade shortbread.
Room
3 – is a spacious double
room with a good sized ensuite shower room which has a, newly fitted,
double shower unit. It has a spectacular view over the Sound of Mull and
Calve Island. As with the other rooms there is a television and welcome
tray with homemade shortbread. The Breakfast Room – As the name suggests this is where you have your breakfast and it is also a sitting room for those not so sunny days that a book by the fire in a comfy armchair is much more appealing. This room and the top hall, have beautiful views over the Bay, Calve Island and the Sound of Mull. In the top hall there is a fridge for the guests to use for their picnic goodies for the next day or that wee bottle of wine that needs chilling for a lazy evening in. There is also fresh milk in this fridge for your teas & coffees for those who aren’t taken by uht cartons.
There is a small ferry
terminal in Tobermory which takes cars and passengers across the Sound of
Mull, ( 40mins )to Kilchoan on the Ardnamurchan peninsula. |
