Copeland House Cancellation Policy

A credit/debit card is required to confirm a booking. The card will not be used except in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

If a cancellation is made 28 days or more from day of arrival there will be no deposit taken from your card.

If a cancellation is made 14 to 27 days from day of arrival the value of the first nights accommodation will be charged to your card. (If only one night booking, 50%)

If a cancellation is made 48hrs to 13 days from day of arrival 50% of the booking will be charged to your card.

Less than 48hrs notice 75% of the booking will be charged to your card.

In the event of the rooms being re-let then it will be the value of the first nights accommodation or the balance remaining after re-letting, whichever is greater in value that will be charged.

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations.
